PENNSYLANIA
Filed legislation that would add non-judicial foreclosure and a process for the termination or extension of timeshare plans to Pennsylvania law.
COLORADO
ARDA-ROC secured an exemption for timeshare associations from provisions in HB 1043 that would have made it very expensive and challenging for associations to foreclose on delinquent interests.
SOUTH CAROLINA
Successfully opposed another bill (SB 131) that sought to remove many of the state’s sales tax exemptions, including that on the sale and exchange of timeshares.
